Sponsor Applications

The Atlanta USPS center is experiencing severe delays, which will likely cause mailed applications to be delayed.  We recommend that you use our new on-line Sponsorship application form, with E-invoicing rather than mailing your application.  If you prefer, you may still mail in your completed application form and enclose a check.  Hard forms are available below.
